Rotation time ?

A few more games into the season, IMO we will not have the luxury of rotation. There will certainly be a few more injuries and suspensions being picked meaning that the bench won't end up being as strong as it appears to be at the moment.

Keep the same team at the moment provided everyone involved is fit. If someone is struggling for fitness (in the case of Gower with the illness) then that is when changes should be made. A fully fit starting XI should be the same team as the last few matches.
 
squad rotation only really works in the Prem for me and that's only because those who aren't first-team regulars are picking £30-40k a week doing sod all so the manager has to play them sometimes.

It took Tilson a few games to find his best XI and that's not necessarily the best XI players at the club but the best XI to play to a system. We have a good squad now where the players not playing are just as good as those holding the first-team shirt and that sort of competition for places can only be healthy (baring in mind of course that these players are still happy at the club).
