I am sure Phil Brown wont take into account what the Rangers fans on various forums think in choosing his starting eleven. :stunned:

But he will take match fitness into account presumably? At the moment he is joining us off the back of a turbulent time at Rangers, his confidence will be low.... Not sure if that is the right time to be introducing a player to a packed out Roots Hall against the league favourites.

I think Yearwood and White will start.

Kiernan (has he got international clearance yet?) isn't fit. Once he is, he'll replace White.

Yearwood will be given the start but will be the first to make way as soon as things don't go according to plan.

He's spent two years playing at Ibrox. A packed out Roots Hall is hardly going to intimidate him. Match fitness though is a concern.

IMO White is a better player than Demitriou - much more reliable defensively and with Hendrie on the left and Atkinson gone , he is what we need.

Your right on the defensive part. White defends better, but Demetriou is much better going forward. If you could mix the two we would have a good championship player.
