Praise for the club shop

Hands up if you remember the club shop when it was along Victoria Avenue.

Hands up if you remember the club shop when it was along the London Road?
Leaving Victoria Circus, it was on the north side, just before you get to the roundabout.........isn't where Sainsbury's is now? It was upstairs and IIRC there was a barbers shop on the ground floor.
In fact, calling it a shop is rather a misnomer. It was more the office of the Southend United Supporters Club!

Just ordered a home shirt for my son over the phone - the lady was incredibly helpful - 10/10.

The merchandising has come a long way from the Victoria Avenue days!

There was also that little shop in Vic Plaza for a while? I remember that... I used to go in and buy postcards of the first team players - over the season I'd end up with the whole lot!

yeah, it was always empty and completely disorganised

Even though it was a cack game, special thanks goes out to April for sorting out my shirt for Grace's birthday. Looks brilliant and really pleased with it.
