Clifford has been pretty poor of late, yes he can take a corner and a free kick , but poor tackling, caught out of position, murdered down that flank according to commentators i , loss of control etc, He will get better. Hobson much better in the air and on the ground, stronger defensively for me and gave a very good performance against Walsall . A rest for young Clifford

Interesting idea.

Certainly if Elvis had been making the mistakes Clifford has of late had he'd have been slaughtered on here, but for some reason Clifford doesn't attract the same flack. I can't say I'm keen on a centre-half partnership of White and Hobson though. It seems to lack pace and aerial ability. If they are to be the 4, I wonder how comfortable Hobson would be at left-back?

There's no requirement for those deemed as elite sportspeople to self-isolate for 14 days, even if travelling from a country not on the UK's list of exempt countries, upon their return to the UK according to the Government's guidance for elite sport and a return to cross-border competition.

although this has been my view for 3 years now. Works hard....there that's it..often out of position often beaten in the air often poor defensively.

Heard it's a knee problem - needs to remove a small amount of tissue . Not the dreaded ACL injury thanfully. But could mean a few months out so hopefully wil get the calf sorted too. Think it's different legs! Not sure of all the detail of course!
