Exactly, not sure I can get away with it in III. That said, last time I was in the third tier I was beaten by many teams with 1-2 great bowlers yet with 1-2 dross ones, so it could be possible.

Good stamina and can bat, adds value. Though San was only 20 when I sold him and had much better consistency.

I think the age makes a hell of a difference. Irfan is too old to train further and so his usefulness is limited to maybe just teams in divV and below*.


*I've got no idea what level he'd be good at.

About 3m I would guess, and I would imagine he could do an OK job in Level IV
