Well as they say in the trade we can now concentrate on the league.
Yes we are only 3 points off 7th , but back In the real world we are actually 3 points behind Rochdale who have 4, yes 4 games In hand and a much better GD.
Halifax are next, 6 points ahead and with 1 game in hand.. Oldham you would think are too far away , maybe Gateshead might crumble after losing good players In the league window, but to be honest that happens to them every season and they get over It...
This is ignoring the clubs around us at the moment who i'm am sure will be giving it the beans
Our next 2 home games are becoming 6 pointers, we really cant afford to lose either.

Whilst I'm upset that we lost on the weekend, this does mean now we can concentrate on the league. If we manage to grasp a play-off spot and mange to go up the loss to Sittingbourne will fade.

You say that Rochdale have four games in hand, they've still got to play those games, how many weeks of two games a week will they now have? There could still be games called off due to weather as well.

I believe if we get momentum heading into the play-offs we'll be a major threat.

A day trip to Wembley or a chance at League football? I think you'll find that the majority would want a return to league football. We still could get our Wembley date through the playoffs (if they still play the final there).

Realistically we are more than 3 points off the play offs when you consider most teams up there have games in hand. Also there are a number of teams in between us and the play offs effectively going for one place at best. Yes as it appears we are 3 points off the play offs but that doesnt factor in so many things.

The strange thing is, that despite those two horror shows, we've won 5 out of our last 7 games. 4 out of the last 5 in the League. If we keep that up we will make it. A big IF, I know. They think our new midfielder could be a bit special. Our downfall could be not replacing Bim. Hopper's another lay it back or sideways striker, if receiving the ball back to goal. Bim would turn the defender and head for goal.

Not a chance with Maher and co in charge. The cautious approach and crab ball will not beat more attacking, set-up to win teams. A fresh start for a new manager in the summer and into next season is a must if we want to get out of this league. Fans want to go and see us on the front foot, especially at home and this has not happened this season.

No chance. Too many teams above us with a lot of games in hand. It was always going to be next season.

I reckon the 5th year of being a non league club will be our last.

It's positive that the play offs are a possibility but the fact that we are woeful at home and have been mostly terrible all season and still have a remote chance tells a story about how poor the league is.

I've now had my fill this season. If the season ended today I'd see that as a positive.

Just really not feeling it anymore and after 32 seasons that isn't easy to admit.

Voted Yes as it's possible, do I expect us to? I'm not sure, I honestly feel that if we attack every game and opponent then we've got a good chance, if we revert to type and play Maherball then no, no chance. Lots of people saying the players aren't good enough and we definitely could improve some positions but for me, with more forward thinking tactics and some ambition we could win a lot more games and make the playoffs.
