I'm sure Swansea fans didn't think when we played them at the Liberty (the day we gained promotion) that a few years later they'd be winning the League Cup final and playing in the Europa League. If the new ground ever happens then the sky's the limit as far as I'm concerned. Let's get out of this poxy League first though eh! :happy:

They never had the fans or the potential. Plus I think their move was probably one of necessity as well, Layer Road was a dive and probably only Accrington's ground would be worse in the current football league.
 
Don't forget by the time Southend reach the Premiership everyone now posting on Shrimperzone will be pensioners (or worse), therefore we can buy senior tickets at reduced prices!

I think we have to aim for the top, but I think we'd be HAPPIEST at the top end of the championship.
 
No point in football unless its to win games, which means you have to aspire to reach the top.

Id rather pay £40 to watch Southend in the Premiership than £15 in League Two.
