Paul McVeigh

You say that but I remember a young Jermaine Defore at 16/17 joining Bornemouth on loan to go onto score something near 20 goals if I am correct.

Jermain Easter would be worth a shot I reckon.
With a decent target man alongside him he would get hatloads.

Yes most definitely, but there is a whole host of bigger clubs on his trail, Wycombe dont want to sell him, and even if they did I reckon they would want something stupid like £800-£1m for his services..

But all that said I'd like to see us offer 500k for him, it's worth a shot.

Although he hasn't got that much pace from what i saw of him on the box.
If we do step up again, doubt he'd cut it in the Chump.

i'm still not convinced by easter and whilst there has been chat about him moving i still find it strange that there doesn't seem to have been a firm offer for him if he is really that good. IMO he is a one season wonder and whilst he has a bit of pace i don't really think he is even that good for league 2

If it's a youngster with pace we want, we have one in the youths. Unfortunately, I think we might have to wait a season, maybe two, before we get the chance to see him make the big step up. It won't be a bad thing though.

Very, very quick, an exceptional footballing brain & solid too for somebody so young. I won't name the kid, but anybody who has watched the Youths, will have seen him give 100% every week & most importantly perform.

That doesn't help now, but it may do before the time the seasons over.

But look how long it took us to get a firm offer for fred.....

As I've mentioned elsewhere, Kevin Campbell, might be able to do what Goater did & is available for free.

He still looked lively & fit from what I saw of him on the Alan Ball game at the weekend. He even scored a well taken goal too!

Worth a gamble??

If Tilly and Brush can build a time machine I agree he would be a great signing. If not - No thanks.
