Apparently (according to one of the Col Ewe backroom staff that is doing a part-time degree at Essex Uni) he's majorly pi$$ed off and seriously considering resigning as he reckons the chairman's blocking his chance of career progression....

If Parkinson resigned I really couldn't see him being out of a job for very long (yes, he said some stupid things about us last season but you can't knock his achievements in getting the Ewes promoted) and a better job than the one with the Farmers at that.

So no real gamble, expect the newsflash soon I reckon.
