I'd love Spurs to get knocked out.

Whilst it would be nice to see a different English side in the competition, with English players playing for them, I hate them with a passion.

Probably will be too strong for the Swiss. I have an English, Spurs supporting colleague down here, who always seems to want to establish a bit of rivalry with me. He phoned me a few weeks ago, wanting to know the draw. When I told him who Spurs were playing, his response was,.........." Oh! that's easy then." He got very shirty when I accused him of being rather arrogant. Generally, would support any English team in Europe but on the other hand it would REALLY give me pleasure to stuff his arrogance back down his throat!

I must admit, I'm uncomfortable at the anti-Spurs sentiment (although not sufficiently to prevent me neg-repping Fasto), because I think it stems from Wet Sham, who are jealous at their neighbour's (relative) success.

It's like those people who deride Lampard as fat, are just spreading Wet Sham propaganda.

Nope, I hate Spurs almost as much as I hate the Spammers.
My dislike purely stems from over-exposure to their delusional characteristics, as mentioned above whilst at uni (Hertford is very strong Spurs country).

Spurs are fine by me. Would like to see them get through the qualifiers and show what teams outside of the perceived 'big four' can do in the biggest european competition.
