Oh how I'd laugh if Spurs went out in the qualifier

Please add your support if you agree with me that it would be hilariously funny if Spurs, after their fans have been celebrating making the Champions League, were knocked out by Young Boys and didn't actually make it into the competition proper.........

No sorry can't agree, will be like a breath of fresh air if they go through, same teams every year make it so boring and predictable, come on you Spurs.

Nope, sorry, I'd like to see Spurs get through. It'd be good to see a different English team in the main draw.

yes i hope spurs get through as it gives hope to other clubs to see another team can make it into europe.

Agree with the consensus here, I'd like to see Spurs get through. As idiotic as some of their fans can be, they have a good crop of hardworking players who've earned the right to play in the competition.

being a spurs fan but southend have always come 1st as their my home club i think it will be great to see spurs get through as the free flowing footie that they play will be very welcome, i dont expect tottenham to get very far in the competition but will be very dissapointed if they go out against a not so good side in young boys, alot of fans not wanting spurs to get any further are those two faced westham fans that support their team when doing well then go into hidding when they finnish in the bottom half or even worse getting relegated this season as they look a very poor side again this year.

It will also be good for England having players like Lennon, Huddlestone, Defoe & Dawson getting experience playing against some of the top European sides.

[controversial SZ topic] Uncle 'Arry recruited Pete Townshend into his scouting network last week after discovering his rather impressive collection of footage of Young Boys on the internet... For research purposes, of course. [/controversial SZ topic]

Another one here hoping Spurs do well in the Champions league as they have some good English players and it makes a nice change for someone different to be involved.

Spur's got a quite good draw here so would expect them to go through but would chuckle if they messed up tho .......

Do you reckon if Alan Pardew was given a punditry role tonight, he'd be so quick to comment about "raping" players as he usually is?
