Thank you to all those who've posted kind words of well wishing, at least I know now that I'm not storing a fart to obliterate Canvey Island as some seemed to think! Diagnosis of multiple gallstones, and the gall bladder wall is highly inflammed so am home wiith pain relief and have to go back for an operation to remove the gall bladder soon.

I hope to be well enough to attend on Tuesday but will have to see how I am, but I have absolutely EVERY intention of being there Saturday and for the quiz, although sadly, I shall be tucking in to some highly nutritious and completely fat and dairy free grub from home while you all nosh your fish and chips!

Thursday was the most horrendous day of my life, have never known pain like it, and I'm just fortunate to have people that care who were there for me. I knew the old grapevine was working as I received so many texts as well, so honestly, big heartfelt thanks to everyone, especially Tinks and Apes for coming along to cheer me up.
