Northampton press - "Unbeatable at home"

Well thats a good result, lucky Kirk hit the post and rebound from it, Kirk was one of the players I thought we should be looking to sign, A good striker at a average club, we could have turned him into a great striker with the support we could give him. Luckily today was not his day!

Not so sure, even though he has scored a few this season a lot of Northampton fans still are not overly keen on him. A lot of his goals have been sitters and he doesn't really do much more to help the team. Last season my Northampton Town supporting friend classed him as something of a laughing stock and that he was crap. Still saying that he has got the goals for them this season and you can't argue with that. We could get better players than him in however.

Our press are shocking. They're printing match vouchers but can't get the right date om them. And can i apologise for the pre-match entertainment.I can asure you we're all embarresed

Yes and they welcomed "Southampton United" oh dear!

Oh and the programme!! So many mistakes! e.g a report of Northampton v. Southend - then they list Luton's bookings!

londonblue is right - it is an offence to play a dead ball twice without another player making contact if the ball has travelled more than its own circumference (27-28"), punishable with an indirect free kick. (e.g. you cannot pass a corner kick to yourself).
