No Wingers ???

Suprised nobody has gone down the "change the formation" route, as we don't seem to have the players for 4-4-2.

Gray Freddy/Duds

Personally I don't like anything other than 4-4-2 at 4th division level as I don't think the players are good enough to adapt. But on occasions needs must.

Nah! I still don't like it, 4-4-2 for me. KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid.

Do we know who the three wingers were at all? Or even what Club's they would have come from?

We dont have any WINGERS at this club. Husbands, no way!!!

However much i love Gower, even he isnt a wanger, he always wants to come inside, dont get me wrong, its great, and is what makes him so good. Petefer is not a winger either, and Tes, not even close.

So yeh, we dont have any wingers, we need a player who when he has the ball, only thinks about one thing, "how do i get to the byline in the quickest route possible to get a ball in"...........................whatr a shame Clark couldnt controll the ball.

that is what i feel we lack, an "out and out" winger, to compliment Gower on the other side.

I hate to say it, but i can see our season going tits up, as we dont have nearly the needed amount of depth to cover a nasty flu virus, or something. Looking on th back of a handy programme, there are only 16 players for rushden we could play, including the keepers
