That isn't true. if you looked at the accounts you will see hundreds of thousands of money owed to other directors who have dug into their own pockets to save the club.

They may not shout it out but without them at times like this we would be dead in the water, excuse the pun.
Not the point. When you have one director sitting on a net worth of £80 million plus, surely paying staff barely earning above the minimum wage would hardly break the bank?
I have asked this question before on here and never got a satisfactory answer, excluding Tom Lawrence who I guess works his butt off, what precisely do the other directors do?

They have no control or voting power when the major shareholder is RM. He decides all.

We can just be thankful for the sake of our club they stick around.

Wow! Who's that?

Does he want to buy a football club?

Reminds me of the old joke... how do you become a millionaire? Start off with £80million and buy a football club.

To be honest you’re not likely to get a satisfactory answer, because that would require someone on here to have far, far more information than any of us do.

We can make guesses and see the moral point you’re making, but there will be much more to it than just ‘they each have millions of £ personally, they’re directors of the club ergo they should have paid all the wages’. There will clearly be more to it than that.

Might be questions you’re better off putting to the directors yourself?

Well they probably get free meals before a match free ticket free parking other unknown benefits no doubt . What do you expect for apparently doing sod all,

according to the OS there are only 3 directors - Gary Lockett, Frank van Hi-Tec and Michael Markscheffel.

Would be nice if at least one of them engaged with the fans (I know Gary Lockett sits in the West but would he openly discuss the club, financial matters etc whilst watching a game?)

Fair point. However they hardly make themselves prominent to the public eye.
There must clearly also be more to how they became directors in the first place, other than percentage shareholding or sponsorship of the club.
They should have a valuable role to play, other than appearing to be nodding dogs. The crisis over the last six months in particular should have galvanised them into some action, the most obvious being at least short-term, stop-gap financial backing. Let’s face it, they are not on the board to showcase their technical football knowledge!

Playing Devils Advocate if other directors or our CEO have paid for stuff directly be it past or present do they open themselves up to the same label of prolonging RM ownership? After all the attending of games is considered by some as putting money in his pocket does others paying his debts not have the same effect? And no at this time I am not in the Boycotting group.
