If it's not already covered in the questions sent it might be interesting to know, following on from the Freddie thread, whether there any financial implications PS has to take into account in team selection.

...... and substitutions.

Questions were sent for consideration and answer on Friday.

I will send the last 2 to RM later, whether he deems to answer them this time I can't say.

Keep up the dialogue chaps it is our only input to OUR club, I for one appreciate the time and effort but have still got reservations about the answers the spin master gives back.

Sorry meant to add this to my previous post. Would it be appropiate to ask the club to look into the fact, on behalf of us, that their supporters who made the long trek north were charged £4 more than the home supporters, which I believe is against the FL customer charter.

Was this yesterday's match ?

Yes, when asked by several fans why we were being charged more the stewards ( useless ) shrugged their shoulders. I have e-mailed the FL and Morecambe FC but thought the club should also be aware of this.

But they were in a terrace and we were seated

This new CEO is just a mouthpiece for Tefron. Do what I do when Tefron makes an announcement - ignore it!!.:nope:
Ken, like "united we stand" - I did not infer that I thought that no dialogue should take place between representatives of the fans and the club, the point I was trying to make was to take comments from the club with a large amount of salt as we have been systematically lied to by club officials for many years.
I take my hat off to you and Paul Fitz for the efforts that you are putting in on behalf of the fans to find out a little of what is happening to our beloved club.

I understand how people feel as I have had meetings with RM for various reasons in the past and have felt that sometimes I learned nothing at all.

All credit to the new CEO Steve Kavanagh for engaging with the Trust and the Zone to try and get help from the supporter's organizations to get opinions and thoughts to take the club forward in both popularity and financially.

Let's hope working together things will improve.

Early days.

I believe we were allocated space in the main stand. Are you suggesting you were charged £4 more than their supporters in the same stand ?

I think we should withhold the away ticket sales cash :whistling:

Whatever the reason, the terrace, which presumably was cheaper, was closed to us. Why should our supporters have to pay more because Morecambe decided not to open the area we would have expected to be in? I think it's bang out of order to charge away fans more than home, I hope we never do so. These people travel miles in support of their club, then to slap them with additional cost is bang out of order.

So the issue is not the charging (as it would appear to have been the same for both sets of supporters in the main stand) but withholding the cheaper accommodation for visiting supporters. I suspect the view and facilities available for, presumably, £19 were an improvement on what we will offer their supporters for more money in April.

I have spoken via e-mail to Morecambe club secretary who has stated that the £15 terrace facility was withdrawn as a "cost cutting Exercise" , I have replied it was more of a money making exercise at our expense.
Regardless of whether we were charged the same as the fans in the same stand, seated or not, they had the choice, we did not, something that the FL states fans should have. If that choice is not there we should not be charged any more than the home support.

Back on track, and I agree with those who say better to have a line of communication with the club than none at all, as the fee for Straker may have been set by then, I would be interested to know how will the club pay it, would not paying it by a certain date trigger an embargo?

Isn't a tribunal fee what got Swindon put under an embargo recently?

I believe their embargo is for paying wages in excess of their salary cap. Hopefully the offence only relates to this season. If it was last season I'm sure the FL would have intervened before they won promotion:dim:
