Parferr- Williams fits the description rather well. Spammers Under 21 top goalscorer, striker but also likes left wing and can play on right, young Bermudan International, brought up in USA? Would make useful contribution?

It's a circle. The squad players stagnate and so to improve things we need to overlook them and dip into the loan market. Loans are fine but many clubs would need less if their own squad was able to progress more. Swindon wasca fine example. Six changes due to a new player brought in, who had not played regularly either, injuries and loanees returning to their host clubs. The six were not fully first team ready, due to poor squad rotation, and I have no idea how any one of them were accountable for the mess that followed.

Swindon had also lost a number of their first team due to loan recalls, they coped a lot better than we did!

Swindon had lost loanees and made several changes, bringing in youngsters and initially struggled going 2 down against us. They then settled and ran us ragged causing Brown to have a 2 hour lock in!

I really think to be able to get a player of this class here is class. I'm sure there are plenty of championship clubs that would have taken him.

Big strong and athletic with an eye for goal. Probably head and shoulders above any of the wingers in our squad and most in this league.

And what? More than half of our team on the day was ill prepared. Swindon finally made a better fist of it but I maintain that, if changes are made as per squad rotation as opposed to last resort, fringe players are less distant from first team ready. We have players, AB being a prime example, that can have less than effective times and remain in the side. It defeats the point of strength in depth.

Also, against swindon, we faced Obika and Ajose who will enjoy any weakness put before them.
