New phone

"Beats" is the new sound hardware which has been brought out by Dr Dre (if you know who he is :winking:). Very good reviews of the sound quality and very expensive as well in shops....Probably comparable to Bose. Not sure whether this extends to the speaker on the phone, but having it built into the audio performance via the headphones is a massive bonus....

Given that phones these days are walkmans\portable tvs with a comms device built into it, a good audio performer will only add to its appeal.

I've had an iPhone for many years, and for me to bang on about its competitor is something as I usually just brand them all "rubbish" and to get an iPhone.....iPhone is done, it died with Steve Jobs in my opinion....Need some innovation, and FAST!

:unsuUpdate. Just checked my O2 bill and had a load of extras. It appears a group text or a text of over 160 characters is sent as an MMS for which I get charged after the first 20 every month.

Nokia have some explanation of how to change this on their website but guess what it doesn't cover the windows 8 phones.
Contacting via their site is not possible unless you have a complaint about a repair. They suggest viewing their forums for help.
edit. Fixed. If you choose to keep all replies to group messages together it treats them as mms messages

I have a windows phone as well, no problems with it since I got it back in June. Very easy to use but the only criticism is that the app store on it is poor, but i just use an iPod for apps.
