Trawling through pages and pages of funiculars until I finally found one with a map showing the bend you mentioned! At least I got one out of the two. Is that everything now solved on here?
 
And a little fact about that mountain, that is what I woke up to everymorning (aswell as the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau and all the other mountain ranges!

And that is the only pic you would probably see of that view (unless you go there)as I took that one, and there isn't a better one than that on the net form what I could find!

That was exactly the problem! And all the maps of those mountains didn't really give any substance to that view. I was going to ask if you'd actually been there.

Yes I have been there, much better than here. Cleaner, Quieter, Cleaner, the only problem would be all those black moving letterboxes :madman::punch: and all the ignorant japs/chinese/koreans all look the same so it's hard to single them out!
 
Steveo's looks a bit like Balmoral but I don't think the tops of the turrets are right. Not a clue on Jonny O's and yours looks a bit like the Gingerbread House in Hansel and Gretel!
 
I wonder if Jonny O's one is in Madrid? Not got it's name though, another one of those places the other half has been loads of times and I haven't.
