I watched the show last night and enjoyed it - poor old Rachel though eh? Glad you didn't all bin the woman who's on there to get some sex off her old man, I thought she came across well. Who was the best laugh on the show by the way and who was the most difficult? Was there any inter-camp action/scandal in the end?

fella.. when i was strolling through town, and saw you and "Brian" Lamas.... in starbucks.. i had too look twice.. after seeing it last night, and what you have acheived... has really made it sink in.. super fantastic effort.. i cannot believe you ever looked that big, you were just cockles..
