Yeah it will be fella got to be done though, its getting to the point where I am feeling dizzy etc.. won't be easy by any means, with any luck 5 stone should be easy enough but the hard work will come between loosing 5-8. I am currently weighing in at the 23-24 stone mark in a perfect world I would like to be 15 stone.
