Most ridiculous rumour

It would kill the club, end of! Look at what has happened to Brighton & Wimblegone! Would I travel to Borient, Col Ewe or Dagenham? No. Simple as that. Fickle? Yes I am. I choose the away games I go to & I didn't go to Borient this season!

I know I'm not alone in thinking this way. That said, its all bollocks!!

kill the club?? the plan is coming along nicely for mr martin I see.......

Isn't the ground meant to opening 3/4 complete anyway with a capacity of something like 15,000 at first?

In fact, can't we groundshare with CIFC? It's only 2 mins from my door.

No...not that I am aware of....very difficult to phase development of a bowl, and once you have constructed 15,000 seats, you may aswell finish the job...programme wise it wouldn't actually make that much difference.

What you may find is that a number of 'fit-out' areas internally may be left as shells (i.e. exposed concrete floors and soffit), until such time as the space is needed, or more likely, a business case is found to fund it.

Know what you mean, I once made one in pottery at school, only managed to get 2/3rds of it right and when I tried to eat my corn flakes the next day I got covered in milk.

You see...if we filled the stadium with a thousand gallons of semi-skimmed this could well be a peril.

Your mum jokes, old but you can't beat the classics

My mrs earlier upon spotting an uggers girl walking down the street said "here, what's your girlfriend doing out round here?" the retort of "but I'm not tapping your mum at the moment" came out and left her silent. The classic your mum. You can't beat it.

How about the comment "Why are you so fat ?" and the reply "Cos every time I **** your Mum she gives me a cake ! " ?
Equally as good, if not better, IMO.

Anything to leave the mrs silent is good. A little bit of peace and quiet cannot be beat.

If this is true I will not be attending matches as it would cost way too much in travel. I enjoy going to home games at Roots Hall and can only just afford to have a season ticket but going to Orient or Dagenham would be hard on my financially and I am sure would be the same for everyone.

Colchester would be good for me as I am Chelmsford but I would feel physically sick everytime I am in the ground.

I think quite a large number of fans would find the expense of travelling 50-60 miles to every "home" game too much and we would lose many of our supporters as not everyone could afford it.

Lets be honest here. If we had to vacate roots hall , but the ground was a definate go albiet a year from completion and we ground shared with Daggers for a year would it be the end of the world?

Ofcourse not. Especially if Ronald was to offer some kind of season card that involved the train ride to Dagenham East which is only 30 mins by train .

I for one would probably enjoy a season at another ground especially when you consider that all the while a 22,000 state of the art arena is edging ever closer.

Not sure how many Daggers holds but my guess is it would be full every game, and like i said we may even tap up some new fans from that borough to take with us to fossetts.

On the flip side if we moved out and the new ground was not being built theres not a chance in hell of me going.

I love roots hall and i have had some of the happiest moments of my life there , but we need to get out of there as soon as and if a ground share is the only way to get fossetts then bring it on.

Daggers have a rough capacity of about 6000, or something like that i think.

Sharing at Victoria Road wouldn't be so bad, aslong as it was for a year.
