One of the Leeds scum here, there seems to be a very mixed bag of opinions about this lad, has he got pace and where does he normally play ?

Cheers.

He can play on the wing or up front. We played him on the wing yesterday against Dagenham and he was very effective although he wasn't all that in the other games he played.

I think Morgan has been ok for us. Good performance yesterday - 2 goals perhaps flattering him. If we signed him I wouldnt be disappointed as think he has good potential. If he started to grind out performances like yest then he wouldve been a useful player. I dont think we have missed much with him though. The fact that he chose to play for Leeds United for that mug Wise definately took himself down a few pegs in my book!

Glad to see the back of him to be honest..........would rather have someone who is willing to give 110% in every game he played in and not just because another club are interested in signing him!

Bit like the Leon Clarke scenario really........someone who impresses to earn a contract and then goes well off the boil.

Well if Leeds can't afford him we surely can't.

Don't know the details so just replying on the spur, I wonder whether something was put to him before he left us. He did comment on the radio that it was a long way to go so maybe if personal terms involved that side of things he might be persuaded to come to us. I haven't seen a fee discussed so don't know what it might have been. If we've had him on loan I would have thought the wages side of things wasn't an issue for us.

Not necessarily, Leeds could have been taking the **** and offered £400 pw etc.

Personally, I would try and get him on loan for the rest of the season, or at a knock-down price. As I've said before I see him as an Andy Ansah type player, who gives us one thing that we desperately lack - which is pace.

The lad's hopes of playing for Leeds have been crushed, so the last thing we want is him moping around Roots Hall feeling sorry for himself.

I reckon we send him back to Luton - his form in general hasn't been sparkling, apart from last Saturday...

Not quite Matt, listening to his interview on Saturday, it didn't come across that playing for Leeds was the be-all and end-all to him. It was almost as if the 2 clubs had agreed a fee, and he felt honour-bound to go along with them.

I don't often disagree with you Matt, but I think he hasn't been helped by playing up front. He says himself, he's more of a provider than a goalscorer, so playing as a winger / advanced midfielder a la Ooohh Andy Ansah, could be his spot
