More C2C madness

The worst people are the ones who have their walkmans turned right up so everyone can hear that horrible hissing noise.

They are usually the sort of people that listen too Metallica and Guns and Roses so it sounds even worse.
These people should be shot.

Quote[/b] (Mad Cyril @ Aug. 04 2004,10:32)]Every FGE passenger must have encountered the crazy woman on FGE.

As soon as she got on the train she would start rocking back and forth, scratching the windows and continually mutter 'please let me out, I just want to get out'.

If the train was delayed it pushed her over the edge and she used to start crying.

Woe betide anyone who tried to comfort her though because she would then lash out and start screaming.

Makes you wonder why she chose to commute.
She gets on at Rochford the best one was a couple of people tried to calm her down and she just kept shouting f##k off you are lieing c##ts.This was while we were stuck somewhere between stratford and liverpool street, waiting for signals/brokendown train etc. She then started trying to bash the window out with her fists and head to escape. When we got into liverpool st she proceeded to rant @ the driver and any guards standing nearby.
Yeah, that's the one.

She should be banned from travelling by train.
I haven't seen her for months. I remember my first experience and it frightened the living daylights out of me. I used to avoid her carriage (invariably second from the front) but I took the plunge eventually and had some amusing trips into work. Abusing the staff at Liv St was a regular occurence.

The poor girl obviously had a massive phobia as well as a few screws loose. She always wore the same clothes and had the same unkempt hair.

Every time the train slowed or stopped she'd start twitching. If it stopped for longer than 15 seconds she'd start moaning. If it stopped for longer than 30 seconds she'd start going into one. Anything longer than 1 minute and all sorts of fun could happen !

The funniest thing was looking at the reaction of people sitting next to her that had obviously never had the 'pleasure' before.

She'd fit in well on the peasant line

She is already on that line. And this is from a guy who lives in an area that is not important enough to have a Train Station.

I wonder how the residents of Rayleigh feel having to deal with scumwood folks invading their territory everyday??

Andee, you should know that the Royal Borough of Eastwood has an Underground train link much like the one at Buckingham Palace.

We're too pretty to have our hamlet blighted by such monstrosities.

Has anyone seen the bloke on the 1800 from Fenchurch street (my regular train) that looks like Garath from the Office. Ive often been tempted to shout it out.

I dunno about u lot, but on the way to work i get on the same carraige and practically the same seat every day. I always see the same ppl but never spoke to them. Does anyone else do this, and wonder who these ppl are that they spend nearly 9 days of there year surrounded by??

When I used FGE I always used tto sit in the same seat because the train was usually empty when I got on. I always used to go for the extra leg room one near the doors.

I used to get really upset if someone was sitting there!

I have seen a few people I used to sit near out and about and they have given me a knowing look without saying anything. I suspect some of the women may have thought I was a stalker.

Now that I use C2C the trains are usually so crowded I just grab any seat I can.

A bizarre and interesting thread, this, BTW. South-Eastern trains (the former Connex South-East) are, frankly, minging. And invariably late. And delayed. And standing-room only by the time I get on in Greenwich.

But then, I only have to put up with them for 10-15 minutes in either direction to London Bridge, so I ain't moaning too much.
