I've said elsewhere, three man midfield for me - Scannell, Moussa and Malone with three up top.

Well I thought he looked far more comfortable there than some of our recognised midfielders, and I still say Grant isn't fit enough to start. Him and Laurent on bench for me, give Vernon the run of it up top with the two youngsters.

That said, laurent has no left foot, tis why he dribbles with outside of right, so I'd think scannell would have to play left :(

My understanding is that if M'Voto (and Malone) play then their parent clubs pays their wages. If they are fit and we do not play them, then we must pay their wages.

Not disputing that, but we're not playing Malone much at all. Surely we would be playing him to save money, even if it is money we aren't currently paying...

He has played in every match when he has been available. The last 2 he has come on for virtually the whole second half.

Okay. That's a lot different to your first statement but I still don't believe it. How long must he play? 75 mins? 7.5 mins? Must he start? A 5 minute subs appearance? I just don't think its feasible to enforce.

We have already tried 3 up top and it was shockingly bad. 4-4-****ing-2 all the time.

But at the same Grant ahs only played 60 mins and 75 mins in reserve teams and Tilson's interview on the OS indictes that he will only play Grant because we are desperate. So realistically he has to plan for Grant not making 90 mins

Haha! Well, each to their own. He should be given a chance. Held his own against Chelsea in front of 40,000 fans. Development or just another Kightly... shown the door impresses elsewhere and ends up playing a standard above Southend United FC.

Er I think you might want to think about that one a bit, If it wasn't for the way some of the players have been playing then we might not be up to our necks in the brown stuff. Don't 200k for Macca sound rather good, pity he's value has probably dropped quicker than a Lea Bridge Road girls knickers this season.
