It would surprise me if Grant starts, whole different ball game playing reserve football than 1st team. Imo Sankofa could play either defencive midfield or right back allowing Francis to come into midfield. Prehaps Grant could play 45 min if needed.

I believe that Francis has played in midfield before? Failing that, a 3 midfield with 3 up front.
