In today's Echo it says x rays have shown no ribs are broken, just badly bruised. The story also says, as PB mentioned in his interview after the game on Saturday, that Hunt has his foot in a 'pot' and will be out for another two weeks.

Somewhat unlikely that a bruised rib will keep Timlin out

Depends how bad the bruising is. I had the same injury once and it was difficult just to breath let alone run. By the way I like to think I was Timlinesk when it comes to pain.

The problem with rib injuries is that you can't do anything to speed up their recovery, and they take ages to heal because your rib cage never stops moving.

I woke one night in extreme pain. Thought I was having a heart attack. The wife called an ambulance and I went to A&E. After being diagnosed with Pleurisy by a doctor from other parts, I asked for a second opinion and it turns out I had 2 broken ribs. Worst pain ever. If Timms pain is anything like the pain I had, he wouldn't play for a good 2 to 3 weeks

Never have Deegan round for a sleep-over.
