Really good point. I wonder how the judge who sent him down in the first place feels reading this. I'd presume it's not the first time this sort of thing has happened, but due to who he is (or isn't) it's in the public eye. Did the judge want to send him down for far longer/want him to serve the full sentence but have his hands tied by the system?
