Would hardly say the Plymouth fans rocked the North Bank. Thought they were quite poor to be honest. Had to laugh at the McCormick comment as well. The guy deserves it.

The Plymouth front 2 were pushing and pulling Phillips and Prosser around all game, including shirt pulling, never a pen. 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. This is why Plymouth were on top for the first 5 minutes, as they were bullying our defenders. It was only when the two center backs noticed that the ref was going to let that sort of thing go that they started to give it back, and get on top to eliminate the Plymouth long ball.

I would say "well played" to you, but then again you didn't play well at all. I don't know whether it was us not letting you get into any rhythm which meant that you were awful or whether it was just that your players are a complete waste of space.

ages ago when we was both in Championship lol , but in league 2 ? nope we haven't lol . Great support from you guys :thumbsup: considering how far you had to travel .

How many of your fans actually live in plymouth? I would hazzard a guess that maybe 400+ came from London and the rest took advantage of the free coach travel. How many southends move to devon to work?

Sounds like a pretty bitter report. Don't think you can criticise Prosser and Phillips for the way they handled Reid and Morgan when your two centre-backs were pushing and pulling Eastwood at every opportunity. Difference was our tactics actually worked. For a big man Morgan didn't win much in the air. I'm sure him and Reid will score against other teams, though. Leonard didn't "kick" Blackman he gave him a well-deserved shove after he dived, which he did 2 or 3 times. Agree with you that he was a liability, though, as was your right-back Berry. You have some decent attacking players but need to sort out your defence - Sean Clohessy is available :winking: Would've been 2 or 3-0 were it not for McCormick (and yes the abuse he got was over the top). Well done for bringing so many, though.

To be honest, if you think other teams fans won't abuse him then you are very naive! However was sitting in the South Upper and the only abuse I heard him get was from a 10 year old kid saying "don't mess this up" every time he took a goal kick...

The 'foul' by Leonard was one of the most outrageous dives I've ever seen. I was amazed the guy didn't get booked to be honest. I didn't see a kick following it either, but then again I was looking at the play at the other end of the pitch by then so can't say whether it happened.

It wasn't a kick. Leonard pushed him back down as he got up because he was annoyed about the dive.

I stopped reading at the McCormick bit. You and the rest of your farmer mates should be disgusted and ashamed of yourselves for chanting the name of a child killer. Then to slag off our fans for abusing him? Some people just can't take "football" out of the equation. would you have still chanted his name if he was your local baker? Or hairdresser? Or doctor? Bottom line, numerous lives are ruined forever by his actions, and prats still chant his name?
