Match day preparation ...

* write massive post in quick reply
* curse because you were only trying to put an accent on an a to correctly write 'a la' and for some reason, Alt+0 does some funky shortcut that deletes your post unrecoverably
* curse again
* Realise that you were just writing how much work you had on
* Realise that it was because you were watching sport and that watching sport might make you late for watching more sport.
* snigger at the Aussies in the office who were giving it the big 'un.
* work
* late for football and miss first goal (Eastwood at over evens to score any time is fantastic though)
* Drink and curry
* probably not a lot Saturday
* try and emulate Maher's commanding midfield performance for SZFC
* finally get back to flat in London 60 hours after leaving.

Stroll into work at half 9 when my start time is 7:45, pretend i've been doing paperwork at home

Push my pen around my desk for a few hours, 'watching' the cricket on Cricinfo.com ... GET IN THERE !!!!!

Keep an eye on SZ for any interesting themes.. hmm, not many really :p

Answer a few emails, stop every half hour or so for a smoke break, push my pen about a bit more whilst almost constantly clock watching

1:15 finish work :D :D I LOVE HALF DAY FRIDAYS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Get home around 2, contemplate doing some housework as the flat is a pig sty but think better of it and fall asleep till around 5, go to collect BLUEBLOOD Jnr, probably berating the ex because aforementioned junior is wearing a t-shirt and shorts and not the 600 layers i'd requested

Walk the 100 yards back to Shrimptanks before heading to the Nelly for a jar or 3.. onto RH for a routine 2-0 win coutesy of an Eastwood brace then go home and see how many times the match is repeated on Sky tonight

Finished work at 1pm. Quick stop in Rayleigh to buy thermals (I'm not daft!)....Home for the required SZ fix and about 5 cuppas. Around 5pm decide how many layers I'm going to ware then about 5.30pm head off down to the ground. Find a nice convenient place to park and then the short walk to The Railway for a few pints and the all important pre-match natter & nerves....Stroll to the ground at about 7.15pm and wander up to my seat in the south upper in time to get myself well and truly worked up prior to kick off and

Do my best to get the 'do the Triads know your here' chant going ;)

Blimey reading all your plans all I can say is you MALES have it so easy.
Spend the day at work (sorting out other peoples problems)
Do the weekly shop on the way home
Put the shopping away
Tidy up from others that have got in earlier
Prepare supper
Tidy up after supper
Time for a shower
Change into thick clothing and look like a michelin man!
Eventually drive us all to RH in time for kick off
However, have always loved friday night games, which means saturdays can be spent shopping!

I bought a ticket about an hour ago, first one this season for a home game!

Meeting my brothers in the last post for a pre-match bev or three.

ARRRR I LOVE MY LIFE :D

Wake up, sister's in the bathroom, typical.
She's out, I'm in, the day's off to a flyer.
Stroll downstairs and have some Shreddies, a nice change from the usual Weetabix.
Turn the comp on, visit a few sights and make absolutely sure SEEVIC's not been called off.
Get's slight disappointment from there being no news, but looks forward to dossing around with mates.
*Dosses around*
Gets to computing lesson, sits down at computer where teacher cannot see you're screen, loads up SZ, and has a read.
Finishes reading, so refreshes until something has changed.
Does a bit of work, then goes on flash games.
Finishes college, gets the bus back to Rayleigh, then onto Hockley on the 15 41.
Gets home at 4.10, turns on computer. Reads SZ. Gets all nervous about the game, before it was just, exitement.
Ponders how many layers to wear. Will 3 shirts do? or does the coat really have to be pulled out? I think the first option will suffice.
*Plays FM*
Writes down everything thats happened today, on SZ.
Ponders whether Foran will start.

Thank **** the SZFC game was called off!!

i'd hardly call it a plan, but it went something like..

8.50am: land at heathrow from New York
11.00am: arrive home in London, drop off bags, grab cup of tea
12:00pm: pick up work for weekend
1:00pm: train back to southend, attempt not to fall asleep
2:30pm: home, can't sleep for whatever reason, jetlagged to bugger, more tea
6:00pm: chips and Spread
7:45pm: football
10:00pm: Last Post
11:00pm: Reflex
11:10pm: all becomes a bit blurry
11:30am (saturday): wake up briefly to be sick
3:30pm: finally crawl off of sofa-bed in parents house, check phone for evidence of anything awful i may have done in past 24 hours. more tea. watch highlights on YouTube about 30 times.
