I would have thought so. Sky seemed to be making a big deal out of all of the football finance stories throughout the day.

Actually, I do have faith in Ron Martin. It's too easy IMO to say tha he is ruining the club/that he wants us to fail etc.

FBM's post in another thread hits the nail on the head. I might be wrong, but I think we are through the worst. It's nervous times, but hopefully the good times are around the corner again, IF we keep faith in RM/ Tilly, and the players.

No despite what people say he isnt lying to con us, or rip us off, he isnt tryting to ruin us.

However due to the credit crunch, and I think his lack of wealth, it looks like he has bitten off more than he can chew right now.

If things were to get worse it wouldnt be because he was out to screw us but by failing to be able to deliver what he thought he could.

It doesnt make anything easier to bear but theres no point making him out to be a crook.

....perhaps it's all just a cunning plan....taking us to the brink again so that he can once again become 'our saviour' and enjoy the adulation of his famous pitch-side walks. Just a thought!

If theres any plans at all at moment Id be very surprised.....

I think HMRC taking the hardline wiped us out and now he is just trying to fight fires.

Do I detect a shift in this saga? I thought we didnt owe the latest debt to HMRC. Didn't Ron say this is a misunderstanding, we've been here before and we'll get this 200k wiped off because its only a fine because the money had been paid.
