I hope they do @Ricey, but a club like Huddersfield has far higher expectations than their previous teams. IF they get the time to build, then as you say they could come good. But will they get the time?

Huddersfield spent a lot of money on them I’d be very surprised if they weren’t given time.

Where did you see criticism of them? I looked at their forum and the majority of Huddersfield fans are in love with them, a couple of overenthusiastic fans are even talking about a possible playoff push. Whilst they lost their first 2 games they've taken 12 points out of 18 after that which is fantastic for a side that looked like relegation certs before they took over, they're actually second in the form table over the last 6 matches.

I haven't seen any criticism. My point was that Huddersfield, as you say, have been a team in decline. It will take time for the brothers to build something solid to take them forward and I'm wondering whether that time will be available to them.

Well, he was a tadpole rather than a dinosaur, but just as ill-suited to the role. Baffling appointment who managed to lose the dressing room and fall out with his assistants in under a month. If you haven’t checked out his post-match interviews yet, they are a thing of soporific beauty. Just don’t do it whilst operating heavy machinery.
