The buck always stops with the manager, it always has in football. It's Kev's job to put a team out there to win matches, we aren't doing that enough. I'm not even asking for entertainment but I am asking for a consistent level of performance as to me, that's how you judge whether or not a team is heading in the right direction.

They're consistently inconsistent, and I'm not sure what more he can do with the awful ball control on display.
Have said dozens of times in an ideal world I would keep maybe three of the current squad.

Hayes is the only one out there today that gives a ****. Great example there where Gus was Discussing at KAF, whilst it was our thrown in… needed Hayes to run all the way from his goal to go and get the ball to restart play.

You're right, I am going to counter that argument with the fact that he did sign those players who have yet to show us anything this season. It's his job as the manager to coach these players, to motivate them.. can you name one player that has actually improved under his management this season? Gus perhaps but even he has been poor lately despite his purple goal scoring patch at the beginning of the season.
