One thing this zone is really good at is producing a poll to gauge the interest.

What needs to be identifed is the intended number of supporters to attend, what the hold up is to purchase tickets currently (ie play off disruption or other), or those not planning to attend either way. IMO the man has earned a good turnout, irrespective or who else is playing, and anything potentially prohibiting that should be identified and re-evaluated. This can be fed back quickly to the club through the right channels. @Cricko ... can we run this poll?

Done, please vote everyone.

I’ve added an extra option mate.

I’ve got tickets, but the thought of a barren east stand for a legend like Kev is disheartening. I’d fully understand and support a re-jig of the dates.
I've also got tickets but willing to change, good spot @GBJ

Interesting results so far .....

Why don’t the club move Kevs testimonial now rather than later.
It’s going to be extremely embarrassing for the club if we can only pull in say 1000 people,

I’m going to Rochdale and to this. Date was set quite a way in advance so always had it earmarked.

For all Kev has done for the club, I wouldn’t miss this. I’d encourage all fans that are not sure on going to buy your tickets to show support and thanks to a real club legend during our hardest times. If he can go unpaid for months, I think we’re capable of going to 2 games in 2 evenings aren’t we?

I will buy a ticket as a donation and agree with your sentiments. But will get home about 2/3am Friday morning so really won't be up for this that evening, I suspect many others will feel the same!

There is no discussion surrounding changing the date, so people just need to get on and encourage others to go.
Yes I was going to say the same. Having observed the social media channels, it seems the promotion is being ramped up. I guess logistically, it takes a lot to organise this, so it's impossible to move it. Kev deserves the best we can give, so anyone that is able to go along, be good to help push it too. Should be a good night!

I'm going whilst also going to Rochdale so will most probably get in around 2am. Taking my 2 kids to it. Whether they will stay awake through it who knows. I usually aim to have them in bed by 8 so I can sit and relax lol

I really don’t understand why this was planned one day after a play off game? I know we weren’t in the play offs when this was arranged but surely with some forward planning the organisers would’ve realised that the date of this would put some people off!
