Sorry to sound like a broken record but IMHO Prosser is not fit for purpose. I don't care if he is cheap or can play two positions he is not a decent enough footballer. Agree with the others.

Bit ironic for Evans we spent years trying to get him only to let him go less than a year on.

I think there will be a few more on the way out after these initial 5.

Evans never really grabbed his chance though when he was in the team. Cheltenham at home being a prime example!

Both equally badly; show him the door.

Would gladly let Prosser go and also Crawford as to me he is not league standard. However, sometimes its better the devil you know as we may end up losing more players than we are able to bring in.

Prosser has been offered a one year extention. I believe Crawford still has another year left on his contract so doesn't have to go anywhere!

finally someone has realised that Johnny Herd cannot cut it at this level. Nice lad, no doubt, but was never physical enough for league football. Thank you for the throw in vs Chelsea though!

Agree with all the above, except did'nt really see enough of "Comminges" to have an opinion. Rhys evans never did it for me, kicking was terrible and allways seemed low in confidence when put under any real pressure, however surprised that prosser could get another contract as I think he is "Cack"!.

It was quite clear at the agm that Sturrock still thinks Prosser will come good given the right backing and help

Thing about Evans was he started preseason as 1st choice and did ok, I can't remember how Morris got his chance but he took it and Evans was used for cup games....remember those penalty saves in the early rounds of (I think) the JPT? I really liked him but then he went on to have some absolutely calamitious (sp?) moments and with Morris playing sublimely well, that was really the end of the story. The rest I'm not at all surprised about, other than the fact I kept half wondering if Soares would escape as Sturrock's kept playing him when none of us could understand why.

Soares hasn't played much lately, even when we've been really short so it was obvious Sturrock had made his mind up on him.

Not sure what you're talking about with Evans, he was never 1st choice. Morris got no1 shirt and started the season, only games he didn't play was JPT.

Evans was the GK of choice in preseason.........can't remember now if that was because he signed first.

...and 13 league games.

Evans played in league games from 1st January until the Lincoln game in March and played in over a quarter of the league games.

Wasn't Morris ill for a few weeks and Luggy not wanting to change a winning team ? ( Puts on tin hat ).

Yep Evans played throughout February and probably kept his place because of the teams upturn in fortune at that time.
