Speaking to one or two players @ Sponsorship Dinner and was told Loza would be going back. He was only on a months loan, rest are here until the end of the season.

Difficult to assess a youngster in such a short time, but worth remembering he gave the place a massive lift after his performance against Oxford.

Agree with this, I wouldn't read anymore into it. And if he came back next season on a long (Britt style) loan then that would be fine by me.

Shame, he had potential and did give us another option. Still, the idea of sending players on loan to this level is to get them game time. From Norwich's point of view, if he wasn't playing enough, why would they leave him to train with a squad that is levels lower than them - won't benefit him as much as being with and training with his parent club.

He did lack commitment in the challenge, as does Murphy I think, but again from his point of view, he's come on loan to play, perhaps he has it in the back of his mind that he wants to play Premier League football, and going in hard for a 50/50 with a chance of injury isn't something he wants to risk. Different with defenders at any level - if they don't challenge they won't play at all, but with a striker that's not so essential.

Won't make any difference. Wembley pitch is only 5 yards longer and 1 yard wider than RH.

I think you need to do the maths. You are correct, however, the difference is that Wembley is 8625 square yards and Roots Hall is 8140 square yards. That makes Wembley 485 square yards bigger. That is a huge difference, and (in percentage terms) makes Wembley almost 6% bigger.

Pace and fitness makes all the difference on a pitch that size, and is why players that aren't used to it tend to suffer from cramp in the latter stages of matches.

Either way, let's worry about getting there first.

The fitness of the whole squad has really impressed me this season and I've yet to see a side in our division that have looked fitter. Provided we get to Wembley I would like to think that could prove the edge we will need.

I tend to agree but in janary and early feb the lads looked dead on their feet especially post hull

Have to agree about the Wembley pitch, in the JPT final you could see Clohessy struggling, he was best getting down the line putting balls in the box and then getting back but late on he had nothing left and had a poor game as a result.
Loza only really had one good game for us, and didn't really feature other than that, a nice option to have but no big loss.

Sure Loza will be impressed
Not in the last match day squad and if that happens for the last two games to and his misses the play offs and Wembley he will be somewhat irritated- I am sure he will make their championship squad next year however & has to think longer term
