London Marathon

Hi all,

Apologises as I know this is the wrong forum, but I wanted the most people to see it. If it could stay here for 24 hours that would be much appreciated.

In just two days time, I’ll be running the London Marathon for South East & Central Essex Mind. My bib number is if anyone wants to track me. I have spoken on here before about my own mental health, which I won’t go into again, but here is a small bit on why Mind.

I’m not just £148 from my target, and I’d love to get this done before Sunday so I can fully concentrate on the 26.2 miles in the sunshine ahead.

I’ve done The Roots Hall Run, still doing The Southend United Runner, given away a signed Southend United shirt, signed Leon Parillon boots, done quiz nights and bingo too.

Our very own John White is doing it too, and I know of a few other Shrimpers taking part (@Ayrshire Blue ) so good luck to those and anybody else taking part.

Probably the quickest way to travel 26.2 miles in London without requiring to take out a loan to cover the cost of all the congestion charge, ULEZ zones, parking etc that would be required
