Do you like the lining? Here comes the badger parade.....
Ricky boy what you doing to me!

His CV also reads failed Geography and History teacher at Greensward School in Hockley!
Needless to say that he didn't last long and i'm sure those are still the same glasses and jacket he had back in 1979 !

Quote[/b] (Napster @ June 10 2004,13:45)]IIRC, him and Mike had an interesting email conversation...
And what's more ... he runs the ticket office at Prittlewell on weekday mornings (or at least used to up until November 2003 when I last used the FGE line / worked ). The guy is a prat; contradicted everything he spouted on about in the local rags in a response to my email suggesting he speak with us (the fans) about his weird policy with regard to local sporting potential, i.e. it can go somewhere else (like Basildon) ...

WS

Surely he knew that Prittlewell trains don't go to Basildon? I'll make a note not to buy tickets from his office in future.

Sounds like he has all the right things to be an MP not just a low life council pleb.

I'm totally gobsmacked to find that this plonker is a councillor. When my job meant travelling to Romford some days and to London other days I used to buy daily tickets (reclaimable on expenses of course!) at Rayleigh station, and this guy was often working there.

Perhaps he was on relief there or has transferred to Prittlewell since those days, perhaps they've moved him there cos it's the least busy station so he's less chance of causing havoc?

Anyway, if I happened to arrive at the station with a train coming in and there was no queue at the ticket office I knew I WOULD get my ticket to get that train with anyone else on duty but if he was on the counter I knew I WOULDN'T get it. Cos he was so slow and incompetent that he couldn't even operate the machine properly, certainly not without squinting at it for ages through his thick glasses trying to work out what to do. I used to actually feel sorry for him cos I automatically assumed that he was sub-normal and was employed on some care in the community scheme!

And no, I'm not making that last bit up - he really is that dim!

Early results show that Labour have lost one seat on the Southend council. Is this our Harry Hill lookalike? Hope so, can't wait to ring him up if it is.

Seems the prittlewell clerk has kept his seat with 4 votes in it!
we definately need to step up campaigns in the future against anti-Southend fc councillors/M.P's/MEP's etc, with 4 votes, if that's true we could effectively decide who we want, and who will best work for SUFC's favour....and ours of course

I wondered what happened to that plum he was a history teacher when I was in the first year @ Greensward back in 85
All I remember about the tw*t was he wore blue tinited glasses, waffled on about messopotamia and the fith years would come & bundle him in his cupboard & lock him in so unless another teacher let him out we just mucked about.
