Ling Gone

O's fan

The Mighty O's boss has left Orient just in time for Tuesday's game.

It means that the scouting mission by Tilson & Basil last Tuesday was a waste, as many of ML's favourites won't be playing.

We might actually stand a chance, as it was a dead-cert away win before this mornings announcement.

So Tilly moves up the longest survivors list again.

How many clubs have sacked their manager this season ahead of a clash with the mighty Blues ? Scolari can count himself lucky :)

Ling joins the ranks of managers who have left their jobs immediately before a game against Southend.

Billy McNeill (Man City) and Billy Bonds (West Ham, albeit a friendly) are two that spring to mind but I am sure there are others....

Dead-cert away win? Weve only won twice away this season and ship goals like a sieve!
This is not going to help, with our suspensions and injuries, I feel we could be hammerd.

The O's fans are feeling even more down in the dumps than us at present. Just got a text from Jonny Stokes and he's not hopeful for Tuesday night.

Is it possible for both sides to lose a game?

Anybody who is paying money to go on Tuesday nights gets my deepest sympathies. It's going to be like watching a car crash. One with slow, painful injuries.

That's us guaranteed another defeat on Tuesday then. Great.

Beat me too it. Can't believe it's happened again. How many times is that this season? And lost every one, haven't we? No one tell me we aren't paying back for all the good luck we've had in the past!

:'(
