Hopefully Tranmere Rovers, a proper football team, will be coming back into the League.

S****horpe should easily see off the Lions in the second leg. More interesting will be the Fleetwood v Bradford game - I can see that being a high scoring affair.

I know where to go for my lottery numbers with prescience like that !

Tranmere must be worried now.

Too many Northern teams next year for my liking!
How do you work that out?

Definitely into our league :- Rotherham Blackburn Wigan Doncaster Portsmouth Plymouth
Definitely out of our league :- Sheffield United Bolton Chesterfield Port Vale Coventry Swindon

Plus 2/4 Chance of Southern club joining us from the League 2 play-offs and a
1/2 Chance of a Southern club staying with us from the League 1 play-offs.

I would say at this stage it is about the same mix as last year.

Think so far there's 6 teams from Lancashire/Greater Manchester and 2 from Yorkshire with 1 from Lincolnshire.

Could be another 2 teams if Bradford and one of Carlisle or Blackpool come up.

Would just be nice to have more teams that are closer. Was why I was hoping Birmingham would come down. Not Northern but not too far.

Steve Morison is a class player, he was the difference really, between the two sides. I thought both sides looked beatable and you've got to fancy Bradford to beat Millwall in the final.

That song though..........

I don't know what song you're referring to.

Anyhow, for some reason I know that no one likes them and they don't care!

How can anyone hate the family club of the year? Surely they need to change it to meet the modern day support? Everyone loves us and it makes us tingle.

What are you talking about. He is almost 34 and past it ! What they need is a young pacey striker. Two goals and an assist in a must win game, pah, imagine what a young pacey hungry striker would have done :winking:. Hopefully they will see sense and drop him for the final

I actually think they are playing well. Moving the ball around and trying to play it to feet, when the time is right. Neal Bishop is running the midfield.

They were better in the first leg, in truth. This game is more physical and a bit more edgy, this evening.

Agent Barrett is doing a great job at Millwall. He's already got them defending corners like we do! :winking:

I reckon even Leyton Orient would have beaten Scunny last night. Their defending was abysmal.

Gonna be a big crowd for the final. I have forgiven Bradford for their assault on my hotdog so good luck to them at Wembley.

Those play off semi's really highlight that we really arent that far away if that is the bar. Pretty poor games. Scunthorpe were awful, they really blew their load far too early this season

They won their last 5 league games, including a win against Bolton, They were the form team going into the playoffs.

They managed to recover well from a bad spell when they didn't win a game in February, and then only 5 in the next 12
