These could include the two who are in the SG in name only having not been given a single Premier$hite appointment - D'Urso and Messias. D'Urso for the Brentford game maybe?

How do you work out we will have 3 select group referees?

The "ordinary" referees are appointed about a month in advance whereas the SG appointments are normally made about 6 days before. Where it says "TBA" on the first list, it invariably means that an SG referee will be appointed.
