Edwards ... i reckon 4 to 6 weeks. Didn't look good. Hamstring injury.

I went to the game. It was very very scrappy . Southend only had from what i can remember on shot on goal all night , which we scored. Canvey fielded a decent team and looked quite lively. In my opinion bramble didnt look to interested and him and wayne should have been troubling the marsh rate goal more often. I didnt see anything from the kids that suggest they will be in tilly's future plans. I thought that berquez and Sterling looked good for the marsh rats. I would say there was about 300 in attendance. Still a win is a win as they say..

Darryl's distribution wasn't that good and as Kev said in another thread he made an acrobatic save at the end which most players could of headed away.

P.P.S. Anyone else noticed that since they're having a season to forget in the Conference, whilst we're having one to remember in the League, all notions of our so-called (non-existent) rivalry have once again vanished...?!
