Here is the updated list after Monday & last night. The Big Shrimp maintains his lead over DtS, and Shrimpersarmy shakes of Fasto to take 3rd on his own. Well done Roxy for coming out on top ;) in this round, and is now locked in mortal combat with Tinks for the PHB wooden spoon.

A full house from DtS puts him just one point behind the Big Shrimp who scored a creditable 6. There is now a clear gap between the top two and Shrimpersarmy in third who is a further 7 points clear of a forgetful Fasto (don't forget to neg rep him). With 8 rounds left is it between the top two? Can anyone else gatecrash the party? Is anyone interested.......? :zzzzz:

Rounds 44 & 45

Some heavy scoring particularly on Monday sees DtS take a 4 point lead at the top from long time leader the Big Shrimp. DtS taking the lead on Saturday, and then both scoring a mighty 15 points on Monday, it looks like it's now a two horse race, although their lead isn't insurmountable.

Ok after a busy couple of days here's the updated list which includes Saturday & last night. With 4 rounds to go the Big Shrimp regains the lead albeit by a narrow 2 points from Dave the Shrimper. Their lead over 3rd place is now extended to 23 & 21 points respectively so it looks like it may now be a two horse race. Meantime Roxy & Tinks remain locked in mortal combat as to who will grab the PHB wooden spoon, as it's a cooking implement maybe we should award one each. :unsure:

Well its very nearly prize-giving time, Harry will be along shortly to update the table .. i won't apologise that things have gone a bit awry in the PL these last couple of weeks marking wise, i've had far more important things on my mind unfortunately.

Anyway with just one round of fixtures to go there are battles going on all over the shop .. the top 2 still battle for the title, 3rd and 4th are having a positional go of their own as are 5th and 6th while around a dozen players will harbour hopes of breaking into the end of season Top Ten

And of course we also have a couple of cups to be won further down the field ...

The Point Hat Shield for leading female will surely be won by OBL as she holds a commanding advantage over Emu while Roxy and Tinks are so far behind even John Higgins would struggle to lose to them, its just a shame that Vange Shrimper whose idea for a birds trophy it was gave up around Christmas .. hopefully we'll see her back in August ;) ... all that remains is for me to find an effectively offensive trophy to present and job done :D

And finally onto the little 'uns, as far as i'm aware only my lad and LuckyLuca fit into the Under 16 age bracket but lack of numbers hasn't detracted from a DtS vs TBS-esque battle from developing with the lead changing hands numerous times throughout the season. As we approach the final fence Daniel holds an oh so slender 3 point advantage, will he manage to hold on ?? We'll find out soon enough i guess !!!
