Regarding the Barrett yellow card, my mates who were in the Leicester end reckoned it was probably the best thing anyone did in the match and rewarding it with a yellow probably made players wonder whether they should bother.  I had to agree.
You make me sound like wiggy!!!!

Don't get me starting on diving it really frustrates me when I see a blatant dive which some referee's choose to ignore in terms of cautioning the player. Particularly outside the professional game in the sense that it causes a referee who carries out his job properly and does yellow card the offender problems as there's no consistency from week to week in officials and there's not a thing that I or certain colleagues of mine can do about that - consistency has to come from officials as a whole not from individuals.

Re Barrett's yellow I wasn't at the game and I can understand the fans and players views on this but this particular directive on 2-footed tackles is there to discourage players from going in 2-footed and therefore protecting players from serious injury so without even seeing it on TV if Adam did indeed go in with both feet he deserves his caution.

it was just typical barrett really, read the play, charged about 10m, slid in two-footed and won the ball without touching the player. set off a break but was called back and yellow carded, agree with why in the rules it should be a yellow card, but its a shame because sufcintheprem is right in that it was a highlight in a pretty poor game. the upside is that we all know barrett is good enough to tackle like that with only 1 foot, and maybe leave a bit on the player too!

You hope players will learn in time but I won't hold me breath........

Getting back to the Flahaven shirt topic!. Can never understand why this sort of thing is not sorted out in the week before the game. Our kit man (have we got one now?) contacts the opponents kit man and between them sort out if there are any clashes - or is that too easy?

On a similar note, why were we wearing our second red away kit, when our first away kit is white, and Leicester play in blue? N.B. Sorry if this has already been pointed out elsewhere.

because leicester have white shorts. remember that the shirts, shorts and socks have to be different colours. if leicester were all in blue then we could have worn our all in white 2nd kit
