I don't think it works that way. An embargo is a bar on registrations, not on transfers.

Anyway, with a Bank Holiday crowd NYD and a big FA Cup match Saturday we'd have had the cash to pay December's wages.

Cant even make free transfers under embargo.

Only thing you can do is extend an existing loan which this clearly isnt.
