If people still need tickets just buy them in the KL main stand. Our official site still states that is all ok to do.Looks like KL have now deleted the tweet regards a potential extra 300 tickets being made available ??
Yes it does say that on our official site, But it is up to Kings Lynn who they let in, if you do this, be prepared for a follow up email, asking your age and why you need a seat. If they are not satisfied they will cancel it. If they are you are requested not too wear colours. If people still need tickets just buy them in the KL main stand. I know it is bad communication, but welcome to non-league.
Like you have purchased several seated tickets and to date not received any email of query.Clearly when you register they know from your address where you live.Hopefully its all goes well and we dont have any issues but i do think KL could have handled it a lot better.I see from their the fans forum some are a bit fed up with us being given more tickets.I bought two seated tickets on Monday. I haven’t received any emails asking for additional information. I did have to register on their website to buy the tickets and put my address and postcode and was still able to purchase the tickets and have been sent them. If on the day they have any problems I’ll be pointing to the fact it says on our website that we can purchase them in the seated stand due to there being no segregation.
As someone has also said though, it’s all very amateurish from their point of view.
I wouldn't fret on this. Several of us have provided age and reasons etc, but not because we were emailed. From posts on here I think only 2 people have received the infamous email and one of those may have been because the poster emailed asking about parking. I got a response from the Office manager saying my seats were fine, so I'm thinking she had so many email queries that she thought 'Sod that for a game of soldiers' and gave up. That said it could all go tits up for all of us in that stand, who knows!I bought two seated tickets on Monday. I haven’t received any emails asking for additional information. Without checking if you are talking about Medi Elito he hasn't been with Colchster for probably around 10 years or so, can't really call that recent!?Just checked the Wealdstone website and still nothing about our tickets. However saw that they have brought in 5 new players one is Elito who was recently with our friends up the A12
Oh thanks it his him but didnt reliase he left them that long agoWithout checking if you are talking about Medi Elito he hasn't been with Colchster for probably around 10 years or so, can't really call that recent!?
I think we’re going to have to go into this season with a hefty dollop of patience and understanding. This is an amateur operation because Kings Lynn have come from an amateur background - it’s a bit rich to criticise them for this. Let’s not forget, in 2018/19 - the last full season before Covid - Kings Lynn were FOUR divisions below us. If they’re usually used to 50 away fans, then of course having 1,200 is going to cause them some issues. Add to that it’s their first game since lockdown, so things will naturally be a bit rusty anyway. The e-ticketing system may also be new.Never before heard of a club requesting any such information when buying / after having bought a ticket, if they go down the cancellation of tickets route can envisage repercussions. Their entire operation is amateur at best.
Thanks for all this buddy. We are running a Pre- match thread for the game so I will move all this info over to there and you very welcome to join in the debate. Looks like both sets of fans are up for a good game of football and a good day out!Linnet here in peace. First of all shocked by the amount of tickets you lot have shifted..amazing Those spouting there maybe trouble will just be fighting with plod..they will be in force.. one of your lot even wrote King's Lynn have a firm that turn up 10 mins into every game.. Thanks for that. Made me giggle.i have been going for 30 years and hav nt seen our firm yet.. .the ground is 2 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from bus station. 5 minutes from town centre.. We had a similar crowd against York before lockdown, so my advice is avoid town centre pubs as they will be packed to the rafters and you will q for ale.. I suggest St James St.. 5 mins walk from stadium. White Hart (don't smash it up, it's my local) and the wenns. Both good beer. Don't expect beer or food in the ground.. U will be ripped off.. Also u won't outnumber the home fans, this is big for us, despite our rip off chairman there will be 3k home supporters. For a small town its our biggest league game for 60 years. As for shrimpers buying tickets in home sections, our chairman is greedy, you will get more tickets. We are boxing well above our weight and very badly run, but u will have a great day I'm sure..

When you played York in Jan last year the crowd was just over 4,000. How many York fans were there? Before I was born, but I was there in spirit billy
