Is feel like he fits well into a squad which was in need of an option like him at the back. Love the 3 that are performing so well at the moment, but Boreham Wood showed what could happen when we come up against a team that doesn't let us have it all our own way. We needed a no nonsense ******* like Kacper.

We have a really strong squad now with lopata back and when the 3 strikers are back we will be very hard to beat.He owes us a promotion as he cost us dear last season.

Well he's a better player than all three of them so this is only strengthening the squad.

If he takes a few weeks to get match fit and we keep 3-4 clean sheets in a row perhaps he won't walk straight in to the starting 11, if someone gets injured, has a wobble or gets suspended that question answers itself.

This is the point. At worst, it's competition. If you're gonna play 3 at the back, then you really need 5 decent options there. We have 4 naturals + Ralph/Taylor when they're fit. Frees up Ralph to focus on being our best option at LWB, and Taylor to focus on competing with Miley for one CM position whilst Fonguck and Husin battle it out for the other.

I love your posts normally. But this is mad. The 3 CBS we have are doing great, but this lad is better. When we had Freddie, still would replace him with Messi.

Such a shame that we can still only list 5 subs at this level

I know, it frustrates me in some ways as it's nice to have a broader range of options to change a game without risking going without a sub keeper. I understand why it's not implemented down here though as can be seen to leave some clubs at a disadvantage.

Lopata way to good for the national league..... this is an excellent signing. I'm surprised no league clubs didn't come in for him. League 1 player all day long.
