How concerned are you about the poor results this season and do you feel some changes might be necessary if we are still stuck in this league come the end of season?

Sigh...I'll bite.
Kevin maher has worked miracles to even keep us in this division. Not sure if you remember the practically endless embargoes....club almost folding players not being paid etc etc. Even this season the takeover was late and the club for a brief moment was gone....so even this season with new owners he hasn't had the transfer window he wants/needs.
Then losing the two best players at the club....for nowt.
Kevin Maher has more than earned some time and the sheer luxury of a trouble free transfer period.
End of next season then there may be a conversation to be had if it ain't better.

Agree with all of the above but still doesn't change the fact that we can sign players as there is no window for us.

It also doesn't excuse continually playing under performing players in a system that literally isn't yielding goals or results and is dire to watch.

Can't remember which Northern Commentary I was listening to, other than it was soon after Pepple signed. However, the Commentator spoke very highly of him from his time at Grimsby.

I have looked back and I am fairly sure it was Oldham, it sort of fits with BBC Essex issues. Pepple started that game. Had to listen to the Oldham commentary for a while at the beginning.
