I think he kept getting injured during windows which meant he couldn't get a loan anywhere whether we were embargoed or not.

Moderate season in and out of the starting lineup for Cheltenham, feeling is he's struggling to find his best role in that side. I see him as a shuttling box-to-box player in a midfield 3.

Unless he takes a pay cut, obviously yes. I've not got the vibe the consortium are the type to pay top end L1 wages, and rightfully so.

I've got exactly the opposite. They've always said they want the club to be sustainable and won't throw money around.

I can't think he will be on masses there. They don't have that big a budget as far as I am aware.

I'm really surprised, when he was on loan with us I thought there was a championship quality player player there. Hopefully he can find a club and get back to the level we saw.

I agree but he then spent a lot of the most crucial stages of his footballing development either injured or unable to get loan moves due to being out of the window.
