It just goes to show how players are much of a muchness. Anyone who had seen the first few matches for Southend of Murphy , Assombalonga & McQueen would never have predicted such meteoric rises their careers would make.
Give a player confidence , play to his strengths and make him happy to be playing football then any player at this level could really make it big , given the opportunity.
